Welcome to Myrtle Beach Golf and Yacht club. This is a gated community with pool, basketball and tennis courts, parking area for RV, boats and other things. The Savannah building is located across the street from the community pool. The elevator is currently being updated and will not be useable for the next 60 days or so? Water heater in the unit was replaced just a few years ago, and has tile floors. There is a small special assessment due every January for the replacement of the windows in the whole building and a few other items. The building has key entry only; security cameras throughout, the building was completely painted just a few years ago; the parking lot was resealed a few years ago, and the shingles on the roof replaced a few years ago. 2019 all of the primary flooring was replaced with LVP. There is a pond directly behind the building, and unit 301 overlooks the pond versus the parking lot! There is a long term tenant who wants to stay here for the rest of his life. He always pays on time, and is retired and single.
